Reflection Sunday

Self Love – Clarity

Week One – January 7, 2018

Hello, my self loving friends! I am so thrilled and excited to start my continued journey with you! As we start the month off and every month following, I’d like us to focus on a personal value – specific and important to our daily growth to create & inspire love in ourselves, others, and all around us!

Our first personal value and most important to begin is CLARITY! Clarity, clear vision into what you want, your dreams, your ambitions & aspirations, your favorite books & movies, what makes you cry, who & what do you care about, what do you believe in, what can’t you live without and ask yourself, why! I highly recommend taking the Myer Briggs test to find out more about the type of person you are. Trust me, you will find more benefits and it will most likely validate any clarity you may need, direction you may be headed into your life & the person you are, inspire and strive to be!

My clarity – As simple, as detailed – completely clear!

Daily Dreams: to make someone happy, to make just one person happy, to make them smile! To create, to write, to be thankful & blessed, to live, to love everyday! I want to continue to learn and grow everyday!

Dreams: to be a mother, to own my own business, to live on a ranch, to live in a city, to inspire & give love to others, to explore & travel!

Personality Type based on Myer Briggs Test: ENFJ – Extroverted-Intuitive-Feeling-Judging

Favorite Books: Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse & The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz

Favorite Movies: This list is extremely long but I’ll keep it to my top 3: Stand by Me, Gone with the Wind, and Goodfellas.

What makes me cry: the love between a parent and child.

What can’t I live without: my retainers & love!

I now have a clear visual of what I want in my daily life as well as my future! I’ve noticed that the more I write down what I want, the more I come to realize what matters, what is a complete waste of time, and what is meant to be. Now, dreams can change as we change, we might want bigger and better dreams, a minimal and simple lifestyle! It is all okay and acceptable because it’s all yours, write it down! Writing it out on paper will help bring clarity to all your choices and decisions in asking yourself, is this me? Is this going to make me into that better person I want to be? All important questions you need to ask yourself to provide clarity.

Now here is a poem for the week to reflect on-

“Your clarity doesn’t typically happen in your every day comfortable or distractedly busy type of moments. It’s faint and subtle and breaths from your body only when you’re ready. When you’re ready to be honest with yourself. When you’re ready to ask…and actually.” – Victoria Erickson
